The highly drinkable Prismus Moscato wears its name well. There’s always a new side to discover in this charmingly unique wine. Grown on the southwestern coast of Sicily, these grapes were picked early and aged in stainless steel. This preserves the fruity, floral signature of Moscato, as Prismus shows multifaceted notes of citrus, stone fruit, white flowers and honey. Its aromatic nature is perfect with spicy food, so try pairing this with Indian curries, spaghetti arrabbiata, or Szechuan cuisine.
